We have reserved the picnic shelter at Bonner Park for a Saturday family picnic time. Your registration fee for the weekend paid for the cost of the park and the alcohol permit. Check the Event Info page for start time.
Plese provide your own food and utensils for the picnic (or plan with other graduates for a great feast). You may also bring wine and beer as we have secured an alcohol permit. Note: Missoula does not allow glass containers of alcohol. Please use canned beer and boxed wine (or transfer to a plastic container). Classy - I know - but we would like to get our deposit back.
All children are welcome at the event, too. This is the time to bring the kids and enjoy an afternoon in the sun.

Cut-off for Registration and Update on Saturday Night
In order to make our deadline for the Elk's club, we need to have all registrations by June 30. So if you are planning on coming, or know someone who wants to come, then make sure your or they get registered by June 30, 2011.
Also, please know that children are welcome at the BBQ and tour of Hellgate. Please make plans for children for Friday and Saturday evenings.

Got child care?
In case anyone is in need of child care during one of the evening events, I am compiling some options. I do not live in Missoula and have not vetted these services personally. Missoulians, feel free to comment with additional suggestions! ~Amy

Schedule Update and Survey
Classmates of 1991: We have a few updates for the schedule.
Friday July 8: Social Hour begins at6:00 7:00 p.m. at La Grotta Bella at the Old Post Pub.
Saturday July 9: Tour of Hellgate High School starts at 11:00 a.m. Gather at the main steps on Higgins.
Saturday July 9: Picnic at Bonner Park. Bring your family for a "BYO-everything" at 12:30 at the picnic shelter.
Saturday July 10: Dinner and evening program at the Elk's Lodge. The evening starts at 7:00 p.m. See the Event Schedule page for menu and drink options.

Reduced room rates at Broadway Inn
The planning committee has negotiated a reduced room rate at The Broadway Inn. The rate is $79/night when you ask for the "Hellgate High School" group rate. Reservations must be made by May 26th to take advantage of this special price. Note: there are no reunion activities happening at any hotel.
